I am currently working on optimizing my intake process (see below). For now, please text my business line at (828) 340-9030 if you’d like to get started or have any questions! We are a text-based practice; all calls are forwarded to voicemail and will be responded to via text.

Eventually, my onboarding process will be slightly different than what you may be used to. To get started, I plan to have a little quiz to determine if we’d be a good fit for each other! If you are, you will be directed to fill out a brief contact form to submit. Once received, I will reach out to you by text message to formally start the intake process.
