You deserve high quality mental health care, and it should be well worth the price you pay for it. After much consideration and deliberation, I settled on a time-based pricing structure. This is a different approach than is typical for mental health clinics. I chose this structure to accommodate my own needs as a neurodivergent provider/small business owner, with consideration of the level of care and service that I provide to each and every patient. As a patient, you are not only receiving my time but also my education/credentials; lived experience (as an AuDHDer); attention to detail; genuine kindness, care, and concern; individualized treatment plan creation/monitoring/adjustment; problem-solving expertise; thorough patient education; continued dedication to learning within my field and honing my skills as a provider; and overall high quality care as standard practice.

  • Up to 15 minutes — $100 (minimum charge for an appointment, even if it is less than 15 minutes)
  • 16-30 minutes — $200
  • 31-45 minutes — $300
  • 46-60 minutes — $400
  • 61-75 minutes — $500
  • 76-90 minutes — $600
  • Additional time will be charged at the same rate of $100 per 15 minutes (rounded up)

Payment is due on the day of service. Additional information is provided in the intake paperwork. Intake appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 60 minutes, but can be scheduled for longer, if desired. ADHD and Autism assessments are scheduled for 90-minutes each.

  • Because I am a 100% virtual practice, I can only accept credit/debit payments.
  • I am not in network with any insurance provider, including Medicare/Medicaid. If you have Medicare/Medicaid, you will need to sign an opt-out form as part of your intake paperwork. For those with commercial/marketplace insurance, I am able to provide superbills upon request; however, you will need to confirm with your insurance provider to determine whether or not you are eligible for reimbursement.

I believe that high quality mental health care should be available to everyone, and while I do not have the capacity to provide my services to everyone, I have allocated a limited number of sliding scale spots in order to assist potential patients who have financial restrictions.

My sliding scale structure, like my fee structure, is also atypical for mental health clinics. I created it with intention, so that I will be able to constantly accept new sliding scale patients into my practice. My goal as a mental health care provider is to have my patients achieve their balance, at which point, we would plan to meet 4 times a year/every 3 months (unless the patient prefers more frequent appointments). New patients generally need more frequent appointments. With that in mind, my sliding scale fee incrementally increases by 10% every 3 months, so that each patient who is receiving it will eventually reach my full fee, thereby opening up their spot for someone else.

Because I do not require any proof of financial need, I am relying on the belief that potential patients will act with honesty and integrity and that they will only utilize a sliding scale spot if they truly need it, since they are limited (even though they are revolving). I reserve the right to rescind a sliding scale offer at any time.

If you need a sliding scale spot, please contact me directly and let me know how much of a discount you reasonably need, and we will go from there. If I do not have availability to accommodate your financial needs, I will do my best to help you find an alternative provider instead.
