To honor my own needs as a neurodivergent provider/small business owner (and, likely, the needs of many of my current and potential patients!), we are a TEXT-BASED practice! All phone calls are routed directly to voicemail. I will reply back via text message, and we will communicate that way until you confirm that you’d like to begin the intake process, at which point, we will switch to Spruce Health!

Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-12:00PM; 1:00PM-5:00PM
Admin time is 9:00-9:30AM and 4:00PM-5:00PM each day. No appointments are scheduled during these times.
Friday-Sunday: Closed. To maintain healthy boundaries, I am not available to respond outside of the listed hours.
